Too close for comfort: Plymouth Wayzata edges Minnetonka

It wasn’t pretty, gut-tough wins usually aren’t, but Plymouth Wayzata wasn’t going for style goals. A victory will do, and it was earned 3-2 over Minnetonka during this Minnesota boys high school hockey game.

Minnetonka fought to an interesting final period, yet Plymouth Wayzata would not be denied in finishing off this victory.

The Trojans pulled ahead over the Skippers when the third period began 2-0.

Each offense authored its Rip Van Winkle imitation, napping through a barren first period.
