Coming off a 2-2 draw against Ebbsfleet United FC, Slough Town FC defeated Ebbsfleet United FC 2-0 at Arbour Park on 17 October, 2023.
Slough Town FC put on an impressive performance in the first 45, scoring two goals in the last 10 minutes to establish a two-goal advantage. Josh Jackman opened the scoring for Slough Town FC in the 32nd minute, followed by Matt Lench’s effort four minutes from the end of the half. Despite coming away empty handed in the first half, Ebbsfleet United FC did not give up, pushing forward in the second half to get back into the game. Unfortunately, their efforts proved fruitless and Slough Town FC held on for the win.
