In the first half, Nicky Cadden opened the scoring for Barnsley FC, with a goal just 3 minutes in. John McAtee then added to the scoreline with a goal in the 10th minute, thanks to an assist from Aiden Marsh. McAtee completed his own double when he got his second of the match in the 27th minute, with help from Jordan Williams.
The second half saw Horsham FC’s Danny Ryan Barker receive a yellow card for a foul in the 41st minute, however, Barnsley FC were able to maintain their lead and ultimately run out 3-0 winners.
