Mentor High School’s football team gained an impressive victory in their game on Oct. 13, with the Cardinals taking a decisive 42-0 win over Strongsville. With a strong defensive performance from the Cardinals, the Mustangs were unable to get any traction on the field, allowing Mentor to build a 14-0 lead in the second quarter and a 28-0 edge by the halftime break. Mentor added seven more points in the fourth to cap off the sizable victory.
