In what began as a close contest, the Spartans went on to secure a 62-26 home win over the Bulldogs. Lima had an impressive outing and was able to leverage a 27-20 gap heading into the halftime break and later expanded to a 55-26 advantage by the end of the third quarter. The Spartans continued their hard-hitting play into the fourth quarter to close out the game with an impressive 7-0 scoreline.
