West Ham United FC wins 1-0 against Fulham FC despite own-goal in first half

Harrison Reed was a difference maker today with his goal for Fulham FC.

Coming off a 5-1 loss against Newcastle United FC, West Ham United FC defeated Fulham FC 1-0 at Craven Cottage on 08 April, 2023.

In an exciting matchup, West Ham United FC pulled off an away victory over their London rivals, Fulham FC, in a tightly-contested match. In the first half, an unfortunate own goal for the home side was the only event of note, and when the whistle blew for halftime break, West Ham United FC was 1-0 up. In the second half, the hosts were determined to get back into the game, however were unable to break down the away team’s defense. Carlos Vinícius received a yellow card for arguing, whilst Declan Rice for West Ham United FC was also cautioned for a foul. In the end, West Ham United FC held on for the 1-0 win.
