Portsmouth Sciotoville East tops Chillicothe Southeastern

Portsmouth Sciotoville East notched a win against Chillicothe Southeastern 42-24 in Ohio high school football on Sept. 3.

The first quarter gave Portsmouth Sciotoville East a 22-0 lead over Chillicothe Southeastern.

Each offense authored its Rip Van Winkle imitation, napping through a barren second quarter.

Portsmouth Sciotoville East steamrolled to a 28-0 lead heading into the final quarter.

The Tartans enjoyed a big enough lead to offset the Panthers’ 24-14 advantage in the final quarter.

In recent action on Aug. 20, Chillicothe Southeastern faced off against McDermott Northwest and Portsmouth Sciotoville East took on Zanesville Bishop Rosecrans on Aug. 20 at Zanesville Bishop Rosecrans High School.
