Arlington collects skin-tight win against Hopewell-Loudon 55-52

Arlington’s grip wasn’t secure until the clock expired, but when that happened it had a 55-52 win at Arlington High on March 3 in Ohio boys high school basketball action.

There was no room for doubt as Arlington added to its advantage with a 21-9 margin in the closing period.

Hopewell-Loudon enjoyed a 43-34 lead over Arlington to start the fourth quarter.

Hopewell-Loudon proved it would be a force to be reckoned with by building a 30-23 advantage over Arlington at the half.

The Red Devils opened with a 17-15 advantage over the Chieftains through the first quarter.
