Dawsonville Dawson County blanks Cleveland White County in shutout performance

Dawsonville Dawson County unveiled a blanketing defense and threw it all over Cleveland White County in a 31-0 shutout in a Georgia high school football matchup on Sept. 29.

Defense ruled the first quarter as Dawsonville Dawson County and Cleveland White County were both scoreless.

The Tigers’ offense moved in front for a 7-0 lead over the Warriors at the intermission.

Dawsonville Dawson County pulled to a 24-0 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

Conditioning showed as the Tigers outscored the Warriors 7-0 in the final quarter.

In recent action on Sept. 16, Cleveland White County faced off against Toccoa Stephens County.
