Toccoa Stephens County earns narrow win over Monroe Area

The cardiac kids of Toccoa Stephens County unleashed every advantage to outlast Monroe Area 27-24 on Sept. 29 in Georgia football action.

Monroe Area showed it was ready to play, using an early thrust to carve out a 14-7 advantage over Toccoa Stephens County as the first quarter ended.
