Stop sign: Alpharetta St. Francis renders Mableton Whitefield’s offense pointless

Alpharetta St. Francis’ defense kept Mableton Whitefield under wraps and off the scoreboard in a 14-0 decision in a Georgia high school football matchup.

Alpharetta St. Francis moved in front of Mableton Whitefield 7-0 to begin the second quarter.

Defense put both offenses in a deep slumber in the second and third quarters, with no one scoring.

The clock was the only thing that stopped the Knights, who enjoyed the upper hand in a 7-0 fourth quarter, too.

In recent action on Oct. 7, Mableton Whitefield faced off against Elberton Elbert County and Alpharetta St Francis took on Tiger Rabun County on Oct. 7 at Alpharetta St Francis High School.
