Ashland Boyd County overcomes South Point’s lead, then earns win 49-10

Ashland Boyd County fought out of the gates to overcome a first quarter deficit for a 49-10 win over South Point in a Kentucky high school football matchup on August 20.

The Lions broke in front at the beginning of the fourth quarter with a 21-10 lead over the Pointers.

South Point came from behind to grab the advantage 10-7 at intermission over Ashland Boyd County.

The Pointers started on steady ground by forging a 3-0 lead over the Lions at the end of the first quarter.
