With little to no wiggle room, Athens Christian nosed past Alpharetta St. Francis 42-39 at Alpharetta St. Francis High on Nov. 13 in Georgia football action.

Both teams were shutout in the first quarter.

The Eagles fought to a 28-14 intermission margin at the Knights’ expense.

Athens Christian jumped to a 42-27 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

The Eagles’ advantage was wide enough to weather the Knights’ 12-0 margin in the fourth quarter.
